Zin Mar Soe @ Yuki Zin Zin has been actively working in the hospitality, property, investment, and education sectors for the past 13 years, with expertise in Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Customer Service. She is the Sales and Marketing Specialist for the South East Asia Region. A fluent speaker of Myanmar and English, she is also proficient in Korean and Chinese. Her experience includes dealing with government authorities for university collaborations in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Myanmar.

In 2016, she returned to Myanmar and founded Pingu's English international kindergarten with a few local and foreign investors. She held the position of Chief Operating Officer. She was also the business development director at Harvey Law Group, which is one of the world's top immigration and investment law firms. Throughout her career, she held several positions in the hospitality and education sectors. In addition, she has represented top universities from Singapore, Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. At present, she is a founder of the Information Hub of Myanmar Education and Consultancy. She has shared inspirational stories, led leadership, career development, and education-related talks, as well as conducted workshops to motivate and guide youth in Southeast Asia.

The education sector in the South East Asia Region is a very important part of her life and she is committed to helping students get scholarships and admission to top universities around the world. Her passion for sales, marketing, and customer service dates back to her professional days. After living overseas for over 15 years, she has experience liaising with partners and youth from Australia, the UK, Europe, the US, and Asian countries. As part of her mission, she seeks to find the best education system that provides a strong foundation for youth and offers them the opportunity to gain overseas experience and knowledge. She provides South East Asian youth with career advice, job opportunities, internships, and scholarships. Additionally, she consults and advises many big companies in Myanmar on mergers and acquisitions, as well as academic collaborations between schools and colleges.

Her professional affiliations include Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Association (MWEA), Myanmar Young Entrepreneurs Association (MYEA), Yangon Region Young Entrepreneurs Association (YRYEA), and UMFCCI. Over the years, she has been involved in a variety of economic and social development activities in Asian countries. As a member of the Member Affairs and International Relationships committee since 2016, she has participated in entrepreneurs' carnivals, annual general meetings, Myanmar Entrepreneurs Summits, Significance of the Belt and Road Initiative Summit in China, Luangprabang-Indochina-Mawlamyine Economic Corridor Summit in Thailand, and networking events.
